Cause
• In the case a voltage that is
equal to or more than the guar-
anteed voltage is input.
• In the case a voltage of 400 V is
applied to the box of "CE: 230
V".
• In the case a voltage that is
equal to or less than the guar-
anteed voltage is input.
• In the case the internal circuit
has broken due to the applica-
tion of over-voltage.
• In the case the regenerative
resistor is not connected.
• Main shaft motor maloperation.
• In the case the 85-V voltage
is not properly output.
• In the case the 24-V voltage
is not properly output.
• In the case the presser motor
has failed to return to its ori-
gin.
• In the case the main shaft
motor runs at a speed that
exceeds the assumed speed.
• In the case the operation panel
connector is not inserted prop-
erly.
• The temperature of the CTL
PCB is excessively high.
• In the case the main shaft fails
to operate as assumed.
• In the case the motor driver has
broken.
• The machine head PCB is not
properly connected.
• Main shaft motor failure
• Current sensor failure.
• Load applied to the cloth puller
presser motor is too large for the
motor to operate.
• In the case the presser fails to
operate because of an exces-
sive load.
• The temperature of the CTL
PCB is excessively high.
• Load applied to the main shaft
motor is excessively large.

Item to be checked
• Check whether the supply voltage of "rated
supply voltage ±10 % or more" is applied.
In the above-described cases, the power PCB
has broken.
• Check whether the supply voltage of "rated
supply voltage -10 % or less" is applied.
In the above-described cases, the power PCB
has broken.
• Check whether the regenerative resister
is connected to the regenerative resistor
connector (CN11).
• Check whether the motor is faulty
• Check the F2 fuse.
• Check whether the presser setting is
correct (memory switch No. 23).
• Check whether the presser motor origin
has been correctly adjusted.
• Check whether connection encoder wire
of the main shaft motor is correct.
• Check whether connection of the main
shaft motor wire is correct.
• Check whether CN64 of the CTL PCB or
CN200 of the panel is connected properly
or whether the cable has broken.
• Check the connector CN32 for looseness of
slip-off.
• Check whether the main shaft motor has
short-circuited.
• Check whether the cloth puller presser motor
runs smoothly.
• Check whether the presser motor runs
smoothly.
