Input the Port number, default: 80.
Input the User Name and Password.
Enter the Device Domain Name.
Click Save button to save the settings.
9.3 Configuring Email
Purpose:
The system can be configured to send an Email notification to all designated users if an alarm event is detected,
etc., an alarm or motion event is detected or the administrator password is changed.
Steps:
Enter the Email Setting interface.
Configure the following Email settings:
The Sender Email Address: The Email address of sender.
Password: The Email password of sender.
SSL: Click the check-box to enable SSL if required by the SMTP server.
Attachment: Check the check-box of attachment if you want to send email with attached file.
User Name: The name of user to be notified.
Receiver Email address: The Email address of user to be notified.
SMTP Server: The SMTP Server IP address or host name.
SMTP Port: The SMTP port. The default TCP/IP port used for SMTP is 25.
Click Save button to save the Email settings.
You can click Test Email to test whether your Email settings work.
