6. Remove the cap from the coolant filler neck; then
using Vacuum Test Pump (p/n 0644-131) or a suit-
able substitute, drain the engine coolant.
NOTE: Remove all coolant hoses from the engine
and move out of the way.
7. Remove the cable ties securing the harness cover;
then remove the cover and disconnect the harness
connectors along with the TPS connector from the
MAG-side carburetor.
8. Loosen the clamps securing the air silencer boots
to the carburetors.
9. Loosen the clamps securing the carburetors to the
intake flanges; then disconnect the throttle cable
and gasline hose from the carburetors along with
the impulse hose from the crankcase. Remove the
carburetors.

NOTE: At this time, clamp or close off the gasline
hose; then secure the hoses, throttle cable, and
wiring harness out of the way.
10. Remove and discard the four PTO-side cap screws
securing the PTO engine mounting plate to the
engine.

11. Remove both spark plug caps from the spark
plugs.
12. Remove all cap screws and nuts securing the right-
side support and the right-side engine mount to the
chassis. Account for a spacer between the engine
mount and the chassis. Remove the support and
the mount.

13. Remove and discard the two cap screws securing
the right-side engine mount to the engine. Remove
the mount.
14. Remove the lower right coolant hose and the upper
left coolant hose from the heat exchanger. Retain
both clamps.
