9.1 Checking and Accepting an Alarm

Status
When a new alarm occurs, either a process alarm or an alarm that will appear in the common alarm list, the
Alarm Light will flash quickly. The more active alarms there are, the faster the light will flash.
To check the cause of the alarm –
1. Press the A
LARM
will flash.
2. The alarm screen will appear displaying the cause of the alarm on the top line.
3. Press the A
LARM
4. Press the O
PTION
active alarm.
5. When all the new alarms have been ACCEPTED the Alarm Light will stop flashing.
6. Accept each alarm and then press the S
9.1.1 Current Alarms
To view the alarms that are still current press the A
and A
buttons to view all alarms. Use the D
A

Activated and the Time Accepted of each alarm.
9.1.2 Alarm Log
The alarm log keeps a record of the alarm events after the cause of the alarm has been cleared. It will hold
a record of up to 4000 alarm events and will be retained even with the transmitter power off.
To view all the alarms that have occurred in the alarm log press the A
The display will look like this:

The alarm event will be transferred to the alarm log when the alarm has been cleared.
