7.2.7 Transmitter Output Channel 1 & 2
The 1732 transmitter has two fully configurable 4-20mA analogue outputs. The channels can be configured
independently to output one of several calculated values.
The following outputs are available on channel #1:
Output
Linear Oxygen
Linear Oxygen Average
Very Low Oxygen
Logarithmic Oxygen
Reducing Oxygen exp.
Oxygen Deficiency
2
Combustion Efficiency
Combustibles %
Max Dry CO
%
2
Probe EMF
2
Aux TC Temperature
No Output
1
Only available in dual probe mode.
The zero and span of the selected output are set in the following two menus (Commissioning Menu functions
#11 & #12 for Output 1 and Commissioning Menu functions #14 & #15 for Output Channel 2).
The units of display for Very Low Oxygen are set using the Setup Menu Function #04. See chapter 6.4.3
Oxygen Display Units
NOTE:
Regarding channel output configuration; both 4-20mA channels are separately isolated and output variables
and scaling are individually configured for each channel.
In single probe mode both channel 1 and 2 have identical options, however when the analyser is configured
as dual probe then channel 1 will output process variables relative to probe 1 and channel 2 will output
process variables relative to probe 2.

7.2.8 Flue Pressure Units

Options: Inches WG / mm WG / kPa / PSI / Atm
Default:
Inches WG
The units that the flue pressure will be displayed and scaled by.

7.2.9 Flue Pressure Input Units and Value

Options: Fixed or Variable
Default:
Fixed
The 1732 Transmitter is capable of fixed or variable input pressure compensation in the calculation of
oxygen from -1 Atm to +3 Atm relative to ambient. If the probe is running in a pressurised environment this
value should be set to allow for accurate oxygen measurement.
If the flue pressure is constant, then select 'Fixed' in Commissioning Menu function #17 and enter the fixed
value into function #18. If the pressure varies then flue pressure transducer may be needed to automatically
compensate for variation. (see chapter 4.23 Connecting a Pressure Transducer). If a pressure transducer is
being used, select 'Variable' in Commissioning Menu function #17 and set the range of the transducer using
a zero and span value in functions #19 and #2.
