Your Signia Pure Charge&Go Nx hearing aids may not be charging properly due to several reasons:

1. Power Cell Issue: If the hearing aids' performance after charging has significantly reduced, the power cell may need professional replacement. Do not attempt to repair or replace it yourself.

2. Charger Connection: Ensure the charger is properly connected to the power supply. Refer to the charger's user guide for details on correct usage.

3. Charging Conditions: The recommended charging temperature is between 10°C and 35°C. If the environment is outside this range, charging may not function correctly.

4. Device Malfunction: Flashing orange and red lights may indicate a charging issue or fault. If the problem persists, consult your Hearing Care Professional for further assistance.

For safety, do not use the hearing aids if their charging performance has significantly declined.

Just got my aids back after battery replacement and they don’t show up on the app. It says no Bluetooth connection found.

The Signia Pure Charge&Go Nx hearing aids may not connect to the app via Bluetooth after battery replacement because direct audio streaming and other functions may not be available in certain conditions. Additionally, airplane mode might be activated, which disables Bluetooth functions. To resolve this, ensure airplane mode is deactivated using the smartphone app or the hearing instrument controls. An alert tone indicates when airplane mode is activated or deactivated.
