Noting the serial number Both serial number and performance level are printed on the frame. When a hearing instrument is returned from our service check the serial number on the frame: ● Remove the rocker switch with your fingernail to see the serial number. Note: If you press the lower part of the rocker switch more than 3 seconds the hearing instrument may turn on.
