Clearing BIOS Settings (CMOS Memory)

To recover the BIOS settings to the factory settings (clearing CMOS memory), use the jumper switch.
You can also clear the password of BIOS Setup Utility (SETUP) by using the jumper switch.
To clear the password or the CMOS memory, use the corresponding jumper switch illustrated in the figure
below.

Tips
Use BIOS Setup Utility (SETUP) usually to recover the settings to the factory
settings.
Important
Do not change any other jumper switch settings. Any change may cause the
server to fail or malfunction.
