controller.
Smart Auto: Takes over the USB3.0 settings
at POST according to support status of OS.
Auto: Enables USB3.0 after the OS that
supports USB3.0 is started.
Enabled: Enables USB3.0.
Disabled: Disables USB3.0.
Enable or disable XHCI Hand-off feature.
