The direct pattern is set in the cycle sewing
data.
E430 Counter set-value is reached
The set value of the counter is reached.
* For the type of counter and the counter
value displayed depends on the predeter-
mined counter.
E730 Encoder trouble A
Encoder A or B phase cannot be detected.
Encoder trouble B

Encoder U, V or W phase cannot be detect-
ed.
E733 Reverse rotation of motor
The motor is reversing.
E811 Overvoltage error
Power source voltage is beyond the speci-
fied value.
E813 Low voltage error
Power source voltage is short.
E901 Motor driver trouble
Error from the motor driver is detected.
E903 Stepping motor power supply trouble
Power source of the stepping motor is not
output.
E904 Solenoid power supply trouble
Power source of the solenoid is not output.
SDC board overheat

Re-operation is enabled after
resetting.

Turn OFF the power switch.
Check whether the pin CN15
has come off or has loosened.
Turn OFF the power switch.
Check whether the pin CN15
has come off or has loosened.
Turn OFF the power switch and
check whether coupling of the
main motor is loose.
Check the power supply volt-
age.
Check the power supply volt-
age.
Turn OFF the power switch and
turn ON the power switch again
after some time.
Turn OFF the power switch and
check F1 fuse of SDC board.
Turn OFF the power switch and
check F2 fuse of SDC board.
Turn OFF the power switch and
turn ON the power switch again
after some time.
Turn OFF the power switch.
Check whether or not J20 on
the MAIN PCB has slipped off
or loosened.
Turn OFF the power switch.
