An exclusive-OR operation is performed between the effective
memory location and the contents of the A register. The result
is placed in the A register. If the same bit position of the
effective memory location and A contain a zero, or if both
bit positions contain a one, the result is zero. If the same
bit position of the effective memory location and A are not
equal; i.e., one contains a zero and the other a one the
