Detailed design and maintenance information on peripheral
device controllers is contained in individual reference
manuals for these units. Operation and maintenance proce-
dures for optiona I peri phera I devi ces (tape transports,
printers, etc.) are contained in the manufacturers' reference
manuals furnished with the equipment.
Section 2 of this manual contains an overall description of
the DATA 620/i system, and describes the word formats used
in the computer. Section 3 describes the complete instruc-
tion set for the computer. The input/output system, including
all input/output, sense, control, and interrupt instructions is
described in section 4. Section 5 provides information
required for using the control console of the computer.
