Troubleshooting

Problem
Machine will not produce
low-fog when control panel
set to CONTINUOUS or fog
button pressed
Machine can be fired from
control panel, but not by
DMX controller
Low-fog output is weak
Wet, greasy, non-uniform
low-fog output, or very loud
noise when firing machine
Machine appears dead
Machine causes DMX errors
to occur on other units when
connected to a DMX system
Loss of control from remote
Probable cause(s)
Machine not at operating
temperature
FOG option set to 0
Machine in timer mode and
TIMER ON set to 0
DMX signal present
DMX address setting
incorrect
Poor connection in DMX line
LINK menu is set to SEND
Machine requires priming
Incompatible low-fog fluid
Main MCB tripped
No power at AC cable inlet
LINK menu is set to SEND
Communication issue
between remote and
machine
Troubleshooting
Suggested remedy
Wait until HEAT message no
longer shown
Increase setting

Disconnect or turn off DMX

Check DMX cables and
