ROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
No fog output when the
machine is fired using
the Fog or Timer switch
No fog output when
using DMX to fire the
machine
Flu/Lo is displayed on
the Fog display
Machine is not ready
after 20 minutes heating
time
Fog disperses too
quickly
Fuse blows repeatedly
Probable cause(s)
Machine is not ready
Fluid is below min level
Standby switch is OFF
Timer on-period (ton) is
set to 0 seconds
Incorrect DMX address
Machine is not ready
No DMX termination
Fluid level is below
minimum
Standby switch is OFF
Blown fuse on Power
control PCB
Wrong grade of fluid
used for the application
Density level too low
Electrical malfunction

Troubleshooting

Suggested remedy
Allow time to reheat
Add fluid
Set Standby to ON
Set ton to at least 1
second
Check settings
Allow time with DMX on
Fit 120 Ohm resistor
Add more fluid
Set Standby to ON
Disconnect supply and
replace fuse
Choose a longer lasting
fluid
Increase density setting
(reduces fan speed)
Refer to service
technician
