9.3.2 Drive Motor B1050 (Amer)
Check (every 1000 hours) and replacement (max. 1500 hours) of the
carbon brushes
•the wear out limit of the carbon brushes is 12 mm
Remove the 4 screws M6x20.
Unscrew the 2 nuts.
tightening torque 9.5Nm -10% +20%
After remove the terminal board cover.
Then remove the motor.
Replace the carbon brushes.
