CAUTION:
Be sure to orient the drive backplane connectors so that they are facing the drive slots to avoid
damaging the connector housing component.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
Removing and replacing the internal SATA board
Procedure
1. Power down the compute module.
2. Remove the compute module.
3. Place the compute module on a flat, level work surface.
4. Remove the access panel.
5. Remove all drives.
6. Remove all drive blanks.
CAUTION:
Remove all drives and drive blanks before removing the drive backplane.
7. Remove the front panel/drive cage assembly.
8. Remove the Internal SATA board.
