Flatten the document. See P.10 "Suitable Document Types".
Incorrect document type
Use a proper document type. See P.10 "Suitable Document
Types".
Mixed document types
The pages must all be of the same type.
Static electricity on the originals
Shuffle the document. See P.11 "Memory Transmission".
User maintenance is needed.
Do user maintenance, especially roller (1). See Chapter 9,
"Cleaning the Rollers and Scanner" in the Advanced Fea-
tures manual.
Copier silicone oil on the originals
Wait a few minutes, and then try again.
