Opening the Phone Book Web page
• Click Phone Book in the navigation pane.
• To view the entries by alphabetic sequence, click one of the letter combinations, for example to
view entries beginning with the letter "D", click DEF.
• To view the entries by phone number, click Numbers only.
Adding an entry
Step 1 Click the Add button.
Enter the phone number, last and first name, and company name.
Step 2
Note The phone number and last name are required entries.
Click Add New Entry.
Step 3
Repeat these steps to add other entries to the phone book.
Deleting an entry
Select an entry.
Step 1
Step 2 Click the Delete button.
Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button again.

Editing an entry

Select an entry.
Step 1
Click the Edit button.
Step 2
Make any changes to the entry.
Step 3 Click the Update button to save your changes.
