driver cannot be installed

The printer does not register the

Necessary Check
Files made by computer administrators can only
be resaved by administrators. If you are not an
administrator, you can only resave files that you
have made.
Go to printer properties → details → Spool print
documents
Are two people trying to color print at the same time?
(Is the ribbon exchange message being displayed on
someone else's computer?)
In the case that the status monitor is not displayed.
View the page 42. In the event that an error code
was displayed, view the error code list (Page 38～
40).
Check that the PC and OS that you are using is
supported by Bepop PC EX.
View Page 41 "Printer driver install failed" and driver cannot be installed.
Check that there is currently no printer job being
used.
Is the LAN IP address set? It is necessary to set the
LAN address on the printer.
Solution
Log in as an administrator, or save the file with a
different name.
When printing in color, limit the active users to
one person.
View page 42 or pages 38～40 depending on the
problem.
Only Windows 10/8.1/8/7 are supported.
