Linear Bearing Replacement - SafeGait SG360 Service Manual

Horizontal Linear Bearing Replacement:
1. Follow the procedure for removing the Actuator from the rail.
2. Remove M6x80 screws from horizontal drive
3. Slide pressure drive wheel carriage off of linear bearing
4. Remove springs and washers from assembly
5.
Remove (2) DRIVE SPRING BLOCK one on each side of the Friction Wheel. Pull (8) LOCKWASHER
M5 HIGH COLLAR and (8) SHCS M5X30.
