9. Wireless Adaptor Firmware update

Connect the Ethernet cable to the Adapter's Ethernet port. Connect the other end of the cable
to the Tool Laptop's Ethernet port.

Open the Network properties by clicking: Start->Control Panel-> Network and Internet>View
network status and tasks. Then click Change Adapter Settings.

Select the Local Area Connection (LAN), right click it and select Properties. Select Internet
Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and double-click it, or click on Properties.

Click on "Use the following IP address" to change the laptop's IP address to 10.0.0.200 with
subnet 255.255.255.0. Click "OK". Click "Close". Click "No" for "Local Network" restart box.

Open the web browser on the Tool Laptop and navigate to the following address:
10.0.0.52. (Note: the web browser must be Google Chrome v10 or later, Mozilla Firefox V3.6 or
later; or Internet Explorer v9 or later. If using Google Chrome, click "Never" when the save
password box appears.). The login page will open. Enter the login info and password found in
Keepass

Update the firmware to the latest version before continuing. Navigate to the thumb drive select
AWK1131A_1.12_Build_171031018.rom. Select the button "Firmware Upgrade and Restart".
