Lower Spreader bar to lowest possible position. (Lower limit)

From Kiosk or Tool Laptop on SafeGait network, open VnC and connect to the actuator (IP
address 10.0.0.2). Alternatively, open SafeGait cover to access HMI.

Log into Service Interface with service code 8
□
Navigate to the System Status Page (default)
□
Write down or take a picture of the ON time and RUN time for each axis:
Horizontal ON time
□
Navigate to Factory Page  Load Cell Calibration
□
Write down or take a picture of the load cell bias and load cell coefficient for both axes.
Horizontal BIAS
□
Exit the service interface by clicking/tapping on the HOME PAGE button.
□
Connect an Ethernet cable from the HMI to the to the tool laptop
□
Navigate to where you copied the Actuator Installation Package (V3.0.0)
Option 1:
□
Open folder Configuration Values
□
Run the script: Config_Param.bat (read calibration and run time values)
□
On the command prompt type R to read values
□
Let script run
