Note:
The cycle key green indicator light only indicates that
autocalibration is valided. The fact that the indicator light
is off does not inhibit the use of the cycle key.

EMEDY
Press the
filament key
the indicator light comes
on. Otherwise, see D 60 .
Release the LDS key
to switch to vacuum test
mode
Contact customer service
Switch off the detector and
connect the I/O plug
connector. Start up again
