1. Before first use: Clean the steaming grid and wipe it with a dry cleaning cloth.
2. Evenly put the pretreated food on each layer of steaming grid. Place the
steaming grid with food on the base and then add the steaming lid.
3. Plug the power cord into a power socket. Start the appliance by pressing the
power switch. When the indicator light of the power switch goes on, wind will
blow out from small holes in steaming lid.
4. Adjust the temperature knob to the temperature value that is applicable for the
food you are drying.
Recommended temperatures:
- Herbs, 35-40 °C
- Bread, 40-50 °C
- Yoghurt, 45 °C
- Vegetables, 40-55 °C
- Fruits, 55-60 °C
- Meat and fish, 65-70 °C
5. Dry the food according to different food and personal taste, and other
demands. After drying the food, adjust the temperature knob to the lowest
position, switch off by pressing the power switch and remove the power plug
from the power socket.
Note: It is recommended to put all five sections onto the appliance during
use, even though some sections are empty. Make sure that the lid is on the
appliance.
Important notes for usage:
The maximum using time shall not exceed 40 hours each time, in order not to
affect the service life of the machine.
Each time after using, please adjust the temperature knob to the lowest
position, turn off the power switch and pull out the socket.
When the power of product is switched on and the product is operated
normally, red indicator light of switch and fan and other parts shall be in a status
of operation, namely the red light goes on and there is obvious wind flowing out
of the air outlet on the steaming lid.
Water or any other liquid cannot be added into the product. Few water drop is
allowed to be left on food inside the container of steaming grid.
During the drying, please keep the hot air inside the machine circulate naturally.
Do not place too heavy food on the steaming rack, and the food cannot be
overlapping. Different foods have different drying times.
Note: When the machine begins to work, please ensure that the steaming lid
is in the correct position. If there is not enough time for food drying in one day,
the food can be dried in the next day. Under this condition, please put the food
that has not been dried in the container or a plastic bag for sealing.
