WHAT IS SOUS VIDE COOKING?
Sous vide means "under vacuum" in French and refers to the process of vacuum-
sealed food in a bag which is cooked in a very precise temperature in a water bath.

OPERATION

Caution: Parts above the "Max" mark must not be immersed into the water.
1. Attach the appliance on a container by using the clamp. The container you use
must be minimum 11 cm deep, and have enough capacity to hold your food
and have plenty of room for the water to circulate.
Note: If you use a plastic container, make sure it is suitable for the temperature
you will use.
2. Add water to the container. The water level should be between the "Min" and
"Max" levels indicated on the appliance.
Note: Remember that the water level will rise when you add food to the
container. Do not use distilled water.
3. Connect the appliance to a power source. One long beep will be heard and all
the indicators illuminate for about one second and then they extinguish but the
