Upgrading to the latest software revision on the CSM
To update the PMP320 devices download and install the latest version (currently 3.20.x) of the
Canopy Network Updating Tool (CNUT) as well as the latest firmware package files (pkg3) for
the AP and the SM (CSM).
Use the following procedure to upgrade the CSM devices to the latest software revision.
Procedure 5-3 Adding the CSM devices to the Network Root hierarchy

From the Start menu on the PC desktop select Start > Programs > Canopy >
Network Updater 3.2 > Network updater.
At the CNUT menu select Edit > Add Element to Network Root
or select
Edit > Add Elements to Highlighted Element
The Add network Element to Network Root menu appears.
