If the DOOR CODE button on the B&D SDO-3V2 Controll-A-Door S does not light up when pressed, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Power Supply – Ensure the opener is properly connected to a power source and receiving power.
2. Inspect for Damage – Look for any visible damage to the button or surrounding components.
3. Reset the Opener – Disconnect the power for a few minutes, then reconnect and try again.
4. Verify Compatibility – Ensure you are using a compatible Tri-Tran+ transmitter.
5. Erase and Reprogram Codes – If possible, follow the manual’s instructions to erase all programmed codes and reprogram the transmitter.

If the issue persists, consider contacting a professional for further inspection.
