Proxy Server Configuration for Use with VKC, VKCS, and AKC

When the use of a Proxy Server is required, a SOCKS proxy must also be
provided and configured on the remote client PC.
Note: If the installed proxy server is only capable of the HTTP proxy
protocol, you cannot connect.
To configure the SOCKS proxy:
1. On the remote client PC, select Control Panel > Internet Options.
a. On the Connections tab, click 'LAN settings'. The Local Area
Network (LAN) Settings dialog opens.
b. Select 'Use a proxy server for your LAN'.
c. Click Advanced. The Proxy Settings dialog opens.
d. Configure the proxy servers for all protocols.
IMPORTANT: Do not select 'Use the same proxy server for all
protocols'.
