NOTICE DEPENDING ON THE PANELBOARD MANUFACTURE DATE, THERE MAY NOT BE A HOLE FOR THE BOTTOM MOUNTING SCREW. IF THE HOLE IS PRESENT, THEN IT WILL BE IN THE VICINITY OF THE SMALL ARROW SHOWN IN FIGURE 3. IF THE HOLE IS NOT PRESENT, THEN IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO USE THE BCB AS A GUIDE TO LOCATE THE HOLE.
Page 38
Wiring Description As described earlier, the BCB has connections for power and data that need to be completed prior to programming and operation of the Pow-R-Command 1000 Energy Management System. The following discussion deals with addressing the BCB and the interconnection of same.
Page 39
Step 2. Power On and Confirmation Apply power to the Control Cabinet and power should be routed to each connected BCB. This can be verified by observing the “PWR” (Power) LED on each BCB and confirming it is glowing red. If the power LED does not light on each BCB, check proper wiring terminations and power to the Controller.

Advanced Web Service Technology execute commands. This addition to the panelboard gets you up and running faster so you can start saving energy today! General Overview The Pow-R-Command 2000 system is a state-of-the-art automated lighting solution. Within each Pow-R-Command 2000 controller is a web server that provides a simple and common interface for configuration and control presented as familiar web pages.
Pow-R-Command 2000 General Overview In businesses of all types, there are numerous variables that signifi- cantly influence profitability. Among these variables are: electrical consumption, construction time and the ease with which employees use the facility. Eaton’s Cutler-Hammer Pow-R-Command 2000 system can have a positive impact on all of these elements. Energy Costs Among the various factors that contribute to total energy costs are: the times that energy is used and the amount of energy used at any...
Network Philosophy Variable Protocol: Dependent The Pow-R-Command 2000 system is designed to provide the Network Access Device on Network user with the greatest flexibility for interfacing with it. The Pow-R- Access Device Command 2000 system cleanly integrates into a number of larger systems both through device level and system level communication or can stand alone as a complete networked control system.
Network Access Devices Network Access Devices are only needed when using RS-485 as your communication interface to network each Pow-R-Command 2000 panelboard. Network access devices are not needed when using TCP/IP as your networking protocol. Network access devices are essentially the starting points for the Pow-R-Command 2000 system. Each Network Access Device acts to accomplish several functions, including: protocol exchange, system synchronization, establishing the network and accessing the network.
Pow-R-Command System Software All of the power and ability of the Pow-R-Command 2000 system is only achieved through use of software. Pow-R-Command 2000 soft- ware allows a facility to set schedules, create groups, track use and communicate with other software programs. Pow-R-Command 2000 Software Levels To make sure that a facility has only what they really need to run their Pow-R-Command 2000 system, primary levels of software have been...
