can select that registration line from the pulldown menu Line. But normal-
ly the phone will choose the best match by looking at the realm.
The realm is an identification for the proxy which is requesting
authentication. Normally, the operator will provide you this information.
If you don't know the realm, leave this field blank and the phone will try
to guess the realm.
The username and password are also provided by your operator.
The username is typically identical to your account name, but it may differ
and therefore you have to enter it together with the password.
The password is never transported directly in SIP messages.
However, when using the web browser, the password must be transpor-
ted from the web client to the web server on the phone. If you are in a
Intranet, this is typically not a security issue. However, you shoud avoid
transporting this password over the public Internet.

SIP Stack Settings

The SIP stack settings affect the behavior of the phone. Normally,
you should not do any changes here unless you are asked to. Changing
values here may stop the phone from working.

Outbound Proxy

The Outbound Proxy ist a list of comma-seperated URLs and has
two functions. When used as Route, the phone will make sure that all
outgoing messages flow through the indicated proxies. This can be helpful
is you want to include personal message tracing or your operator needs
some proxies to be in the path for billing purposes.
When used as Address, it indicated a list of alternative proxies
that the phone must use for sending a message. If one of the proxies fail,
the phone will go to another proxy in this list.

NAT

NAT is a tricky problem for SIP. The settings for NAT affect the
way the phone deals with this problem.
