Lift the palm-rest and keyboard assembly at an angle to lift up the left hinge.

Open the latch that secures the I/O-board cable, then disconnect the cable from
the I/O board.

Open the latch securing the fingerprint reader cable, then disconnect the cable
from the I/O board–Optional for computers shipped with fingerprint readers.
