Press the MONITOR key or VIDEO MODE key one more
time and your unit can now output audio and video
from an external source such as a camcorder or VCR.
The front panel LED will now glow an orange color.

Press the MONITOR key or VIDEO MODE key one more
time (a third time) to return to normal playback
capability. The front panel will now glow a green color.
Display mode
You can choose from four display modes for the LCD screen.
1. Full - 16:9 aspect ratio, for movies in wide screen format.
2. Zoom - Vertically extended 4/3 format screen.
3. Wide - Horizontally scaled format.
4. Normal - Convert wide-screen to standard TV or full screen.
5. Off - Turns the LCD screen off.

The default dispaly mode is Full.

FUNCTION and ARROW keys on the front panel one
time to change the display mode to Zoom.

time again to change the display mode to Wide.

Press the LCD key on the remote control or the
FUNCTION and ARROW keys on the front panel one
time again to change the display mode to Normal.

Press the LCD key on the remote control or the
FUNCTION and ARROW keys on the front panel one
time again to turn off the LCD display. Then one more
time to turn the LCD display on.
Adjusting brightness
You can adjust the brightness level of the LCD display quickly
and easily.

Press the BRIGHTNESS key on the remote control or
the FUNCTION key on the front panel to enter the on-
screen Brightness menu.

If using the BRIGHTNESS key on the remote control to
enter the Brightness menu, press the brightness key
repeatedly to adjust the brightness level.

The Brightness menu can also be accessed a second
way. Press the FUNCTION key on the front panel. The
Function menu will appear. Press the ENTER key to
enter the on - screen Brightness menu. Press the
ENTER key repeatedly to adjust the Brightness level.
