If this happens
My radio is not receiving a signal.
My radio will not turn on.
I'm only receiving a couple channels on
SIRIUS and XM
The radio and Sound System are on and
receiving a signal but I can't hear anything.
I hear noise or interference.
My remote doesn't work.
The minimum volume level is too loud or the
maximum volume is too quiet.
Try this
Use the "antenna aiming" feature on the radio
and move the antenna to another location.
Check whether the power cord is plugged into
the wall.
If applicable, make sure Auto-ON is enabled.
