Tip! You can move calendar and to-do data from
many different Nokia phones to your phone or
synchronise your calendar and to-do to a compatible
PC using Nokia PC Suite. See the CD-ROM supplied
with the phone.

View meeting requests

If you receive a meeting request to the mailbox in your
device, the request is saved to the calendar when you
open the e-mail.
To open a meeting request, scroll to a meeting request
you have received and press the joystick.
Tip! You can also open received meeting requests
from File manager.
To view detailed information about the meeting, in
Description, press the joystick.
To view other participants of the meeting, scroll to
Attendees
and press the joystick.
To respond to the request, press
Respond
> Accept, Tentative, or Decline.
To save the meeting entry in your calendar, press
Options
and select
Save to Calendar
To delete a cancelled meeting from your calendar, press
Options
and select
Remove from

To reply to the sender, organiser, or also all other
recipients of the meeting request, select
To send the meeting request to compatible devices, select
Options
> Forward.
To retrieve the meeting request from your remote
mailbox, select
in your calendar, respond to it from your phone instead of
the remote mailbox.
To view files attached to the request, select
Attachments.
Most of these options are also available when opening
meeting requests from File manager.
Note that Available options may vary.

Edit meeting requests

To create or edit meeting requests, select
entry
>
Meeting
meeting request and press the joystick.

Tip! You can only create meeting requests if you
have selected the Default mailbox for sending them to
compatible devices in Calendar Settings..

To enter the necessary details about the meeting, in
Description:, press the joystick. Fill in the desired info
