To select the desired participants of the meeting, scroll to
Attendees
and press the joystick. To add or delete
participants, select
Options
>
Add attendees
When you have finished selecting participants for your
meeting, select Back.
To send your meeting request to its attendees, select
Done.
To cancel a meeting request you have previously sent,
select
Options
>
Cancel
meeting.
To cancel a meeting request you have previously created
and sent with a note about the cancellation, select
>
Cancel meeting
>
Edit and send cancellation
cancellation. Enter the note and press the call key to send
the cancellation.
To write a note about your response to a received meeting
request, select
Options
>
Respond
> Accept, Tentative, or
Decline
>
Edit
and send response. In Description:, enter
the note. To send the response, press the Call key.

Edit meeting description

To edit a meeting description, select
Options
>
Meeting
request, or scroll to a previously created
meeting request and press the joystick. Scroll to
Description:

Create or edit a meeting request

Enter the Subject. To add a description of the meeting
or Delete.
to the request, press Options > Add description. To
view the description later, select Show description.

Enter the Location.

Enter the start and end time and date.

To set up an alarm reminder for the meeting, scroll to
Alarm and press the joystick to select On. Enter the
alarm time and date.

To repeat the meeting at regular intervals, scroll to
Repeat and press the joystick to select the time

If you synchronise your phone's calendar with a
calendar on a computer, scroll to Synchronisation and
press the joystick. Select:
Private—after synchronisation the calendar entry
can be seen only by you and it will not be shown to
others with online access to view the calendar.
Public—The calendar entry is shown to others who
have access to view your calendar online.
None—The calendar entry will not be

To save the meeting description, press Back.

To send the meeting request to the attendees, press
Options and select Send or Send update.
