use the function overseas, turn off Disable Suguden during
roaming from Suguden setting.

Suguden may not be operated correctly in the following cases.
- When using speakerphone
- When using earphone or headset
- When connecting a Bluetooth device that supports calling
- While making/receiving a second call during a call
- While laying down
- When you perform vigorous exercise such as running, going up
and down stairs, etc.
- The display is covered with a book type smartphone case etc.

If you put the terminal in a bag or pocket with the screen backlight
turned on while receiving a call, the terminal may incorrectly
recognize that a motion is performed and may cause answering or
disconnecting of the call.

The proximity sensor does not respond well to black objects.
(When receiving a call) If hair is blocking the earpiece when you
place the terminal on your ear, answering of calls may not be
available because the proximity sensor cannot function correctly. In
this case, place the earpiece directly to your ear.
(When disconnecting/rejecting a call) Turning the terminal over on a
black desk, etc. may cause the operation to fail (cannot disconnect/

reject) In this case, instead of placing the terminal directly, turn it
over about 1 cm above from the surface of a desk etc. to operate
(disconnect/reject).

If the disconnecting operation (motion/disconnect keyword) is
performed when [Disconnect] in Suguden setting is ON,
disconnection is enabled in the following cases and a call is
disconnected.
- While the other party put a call on hold
- While the other party is activating the Answering Machine (playing
back a greeting/recording a message)

If you shake the terminal strongly, the terminal recognizes that
motion is performed and a call may be muted/rejected or
disconnected.

If laying the terminal face down is performed too quickly for
disconnecting a call, the function may not respond (does not
disconnect). In that case, perform the motion slowly so that the
function can respond (disconnect).

When you call with disconnection by voice command enabled,
some applications that use the other microphone or voice sound
during calls (example: a call recording application) may not be
available. To use such application during a call, turn off
disconnection by voice command after a call is ended.

While Answering Machine is activated (playing back a greeting/
recording a message), disconnection by voice command is not
available. If you answer a call while recording a message with the
Answering Machine, disconnection by voice command is available.

For calls using "Hanashite Hon'yaku", disconnection by voice
command is not available.

Although the voice command function of Suguden uses the voice
recognition technology and the language processing technology,
DOCOMO is not liable for any accuracy of those technologies.
