Troubleshooting
To avoid injury due to unexpected machine operation
initiated by a remote controller, disconnect the cus-
tomer I/O cable from the system prior to troubleshoot-
ing.

Solution
Faulty melter heater(s). Check heater resistance
and resistance to ground. Replace faulty
heater(s).
Faulty applicator heater. Verify applicator heater
has a minimum wattage of 90 Watts at 240 VAC.

Faulty hose heater. Check heater resistance and
