Creating and sending an email message
1 Go to your Today screen.
2 Press E-mail

3 Select the account you want to use to
send a message.
4 Press Menu
and select New.
5 Enter the recipient's email address.
Here are some shortcuts:
If the recipient's name and email

address are in your Contacts list,
enter the first few letters of the
recipient's first name, last name, or

You can also access the Inbox

When addressing a message, you

can enter the contact's first and last initials
separated by a space.
To address a message to multiple

recipients, separate the addresses by
pressing Enter or entering a semicolon (;).
6 Select Subject and enter a title for the
message.
7 Press Down
to go to the body of the
message. Enter your message, or press
Menu
(right action key), select
My Text, and then select a predefined
phrase you want to insert.
8 (Optional) To attach an item to the
message, press Menu
action key) and select Insert. Select the
type of item you want to attach, and
then select the file or record a voice
note.
