General functions

Practice information:

SIDEXIS XG can now manage and use address data for multiple
practices.
●

Move image:

This command makes it possible to move images created for the wrong
patient to other patients. Image moves are logged and can be undone by
moving the images again.
● The maximum length of the findings and length of the exam title have
been increased. The maximum length of findings texts is now 5,000
characters, and that of exam titles is 128 characters.
● A full frame zoom can now be selected in the image optimization.
● The transfer window (histogram) now features the gamma curve as a
presetting.
● New tool tips with extended additional image data are available. These
tool tips become visible when you move the mouse pointer over the image
title bar.
● A simple link to the SIDEXIS XG User Area is available in the "Help"
menu.
● The dose can be specified immediately after image generation for
exposures. This value is then saved with the image.
● The Quicksearch function in the patient selection has been improved.
● Slida3D now offers the option of automatically requesting and receiving
3D data from the SIDEXIS XG system. Profiles for defined 3rd party
products can be utilized in the process.
New examinations
● The new multipage examinations make it possible to link various
individual examinations. This function is used jointly with REPORTER
and GALAXIS.
● Examinations are exportable as single files.
● Examinations can be e-mailed as compressed ZIP files.
● Image metadata are integrated in the exported examination.
Print functions
● The page view has been improved.
● The page alignment can be defined for each image type.
● The printout of multipage examinations is supported.
Import and export of DICOM data
● The enhanced user interface now enables faster operation and fewer
operating errors.
● Profiles for 3rd party manufacturer volume export are supplied and can be
changed.
● Volumes for 3rd party manufacturers can now be transferred
automatically via SLIDA.
● SIDICOM RM is available in multiple languages.
