    Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Joining the wing: C.A glue Iron the covering if necessary. Glue the hinges by C.A glue. Remove the covering. Remove the covering. Make the center line onto the joiner. Gluing the wing by Epoxy glue. Apply the trim tape to the center section.
  • Page 4 Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Tape the servo lead to the thread. Using the thread as a guide. Pull the servo lead out. Tape the servo lead onto the wing. Install the aileron servo. Make the same way for the flat servo.
  • Page 5 Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Install the control horn for the aileron. Install the control horn for the flap. Insert the clevis onto the metal rod. Insert the silicone tube into the clevis. Attach the clevis into the cotnrol horn. Cut away the metal rod.
  • Page 6 Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Attach the nylon snap keeper to the aileron servo arm. Install the flat linkage as the same installing the aileron linkage. The wing tip. Remove the covering. Glue the wing tip to the wing using the Epoxy glue.

    Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Remove the covering. Remove the covering. Remove the covering. Insert the rudder into the vertical stabilizer. Slide the tail gear into the fuselage and the rudder, Glue the hinge by C.A glue. and than secure it.
  • Page 10 Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Install the metal connector into the landing gear. Install the landing gear to the fuselage. Secure the plastic cover for the landing gear. Installing the elevator pushrod: Install the elevator control horn same as installing the aileron Attach the clevis to the elevator pushrod.

Installing the rudder pushrod: Install the rudder control horn same as installing the aileron Insert the silicone tube into the clevis.
  • Page 12 Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Insert the rudder pushrod into the fuselage. Attach the clevis into the control horn. Installing the servo of the elevator and the rudder: Install the elevator servo and secure it. Prepare the metal connector. Secure the elevator pushrod.
  • Page 13 Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Bend “L” the rudder pushrod. Attach the nylon snap keeper to the servo arm. Installing the fuel tank and the engine mount: The engine mount. Install the engine mount. Prepare the stopper for the tank. Install the silicone tube of the tank (not included).

    Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Slide the fuel tank to the fuselage and secure it. Attach the engine to the engine mount and mark four holes. Drill four holes onto the engine mount. Attach the throttle rod to the arm of the carburator.
  • Page 15 Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Install the servo arm. Attach the throttle rod into the metal connector and secure Installing the cowl, propeller: Trim the cowl. Install the cowl. Install the propeller. Install the spinner. Installing the switch: Install and secure the switch.
  • Page 16 Instruction Manual CESSNA AWAGON Installing and secure the wing: 138mm BOTTOM OF WING Glue the plastic part to the wing joiner. Find the hole on the top of the wing by taking measurements. Drill through the hole you make with a 2.5mm drill bit Secure the wing joiner using a 4mm x 35mm wood screw.

    CONTROL THROWS 1. We highly recommend setting up a plane using the control throws listed. 2. The control throws should be measured at the widest point of each control surface. 3. Check to be sure the control surfaces move in the correct directions.
