7. Insert a new M.2 Wi-Fi card into the M.2 Wi-Fi card slot. Then, pivot the M.2 Wi-Fi card downward.
Note: Do not touch the notched edge of the M.2 Wi-Fi card.

8. Install the screw to secure the M.2 Wi-Fi card to the system board. Then, connect the M.2 Wi-Fi antenna
cables to the M.2 Wi-Fi card.

Replacing the M.2 Wi-Fi antenna

To replace the M.2 Wi-Fi antenna, do the following:
1. Remove any media from the drives and turn off all connected devices and the computer. Then,
disconnect all power cords from electrical outlets and disconnect all cables that are connected to the
computer.
2. Remove the frame stand. See "Replacing the frame stand" on page 87.
3. Remove the computer cover. See "Removing the computer cover" on page 89.
4. Locate the M.2 Wi-Fi antenna. See "Computer components" on page 31.
5. Disconnect the antenna cables from the M.2 Wi-Fi card. See "Parts on the system board" on page 34.
