Power requirements

The rack cabinet does not require electricity, but the servers and optional devices
that you install inside a rack cabinet do require connection to properly wired and
grounded electrical outlets. You might need an electrician to assist you with
planning for electrical requirements. For example:
v Each rack cabinet requires at least one uninterruptible power supply or power
v Each PDU or uninterruptible power supply requires a separate ac power branch
v The input voltage-selection switch on each device that you install in the rack
