When you attach iDataPlex rack cabinets together to form a suite of rack cabinets, you must keep a minimum
distance between suites in the same room. This distance provides proper ventilation and allows access to install
and service optional devices.
Notes:
1. The access space that is needed to service the rack depends on the devices that are installed and your installation and
2. For this layout, rear door heat exchangers must be installed.

The internal dimensions of the rack cabinet conform to the EIA standard EIA-310-D
Cabinets, Racks, Panels, and Associated Equipment (1992). See Figure 3 on page
9 for rack cabinet internal dimensions.
