Shutdown mode

The mode to have one LPAR migrate on a server blade to another server blade
with shutting down the guest OS on the LPAR is introduced in this section. By
migrating only one LPAR per LPAR migration execution, it becomes easier to
check the result carefully for every LPAR to migrate. So, when you have any
LPARs migrate which haven't migrated in the current system configuration, it's
recommended that you have each of the LPARs migrate in Shutdown mode.
