DynaMic
Problem
The DynaMic cannot
be switched on.
Poor speech
intelligibility
Speaker's voice is
inaudible even though
the DynaMic is turned
on.
Insufficient operating
range
Radio interference
A second person's
voice can also be heard.
DynaMic is not
responding to
commands
Most likely cause
The battery is run down.
The microphone is not been
positioned properly.
DynaMic's antenna or head are
partially covered.
The colored rings are covering the
acoustic part.
DynaMic is muted or the hearing
device has not been set to the right
programme
Often drops
DynaMic's antenna or head are
partially covered.
The colored rings are covering the
acoustic part.
External cause:
radio antenna or similar interfering
devices nearby.
Another FM user is using the same
FM channel nearby.
Solution
Charge the DynaMic for at
least two hours.
Move the DynaMic closer to
the speaker's mouth.
Leave free the DynaMic's
antenna and head.
Placed only 2 colored rings to
personalize your DynaMic.
Check the DynaMic is not
muted.
Also check whether the hearing
devices are turned on and set to
the right program.
The acoustic part is deteched
Leave free the DynaMic's
antenna and head.
Placed only 2 colored rings to
personalize your DynaMic
Proceed as for inspiro
Proceed as for inspiro.
Reset DynaMic using the reset
button.
Before resetting make sure
DynaMic is on.
