Troubleshooting

Inspiro
Problem
The inspiro cannot be
switched on.
Poor speech
intelligibility
Speaker's voice is
inaudible even though
the inspiro is turned on.
Insufficient operating
range
Radio interference
A second person's
voice can also be heard.
Inspiro does not
respond to command
Most likely cause
The battery is run down.
The microphone has not been
positioned properly.
The microphone mute has been
activated or the hearing device has
not been set to the right programme.
Microphone cable has not been
unwound.
External cause:
radio antenna or similar interfering
devices nearby.
Another FM user is using the same
FM channel nearby.
Software issue
Solution
Charge the inspiro for at least
two hours.
Move the microphone closer to
the speaker's mouth.
Activate the SoundCheck
feature.
Check the inspiro's LCD
display and press the
microphone mute key in order
to activate the microphone.
Also check whether the hearing
devices are turned on and set to
the right programme.
Activate the Monitoring
function on the inspiro to
check the receivers.
Unwind the microphone cable.
Change the FM channel. Use
the ChannelFinder to locate an
unused and interference-free
FM channel.
Change the FM channel. Use

unused and interference-free
FM channel.
Reboot your inspiro by
pressing the 4 side buttons in
the same time.
