6. Troubleshooting

The following is a summary of frequently asked questions
and the answers to them.
Most probable cause
Roger inspiro cannot be switched on
The battery is run down
Poor speech intelligibility
The microphone is not
positioned properly
Speaker's voice is inaudible even though Roger inspiro is
turned on
The microphone has been
muted. Or...
The hearing device has not
been set to the correct
program. Or...
The Roger Dynamic SoundField
system has not been correctly
set-up. Or...

Solution
Charge the Roger inspiro for
at least two hours
Move the microphone closer
to the speaker's mouth
Check Roger inspiro's screen
display and press the
microphone mute key in order
to activate the microphone
Connect the receiver and
check that it is set to the
correct mode (DAI, EXT,FM)
Connect or switch on or
check the volume settings of
the Roger Dynamic SoundField
system
