Installing the Wireless LAN Card

The OptiView Wireless Network Analyzer software must be installed BEFORE
installing the 802.11a/b/g/n Wireless LAN Card.
You can use the Wireless LAN PCMCIA card that came with your Version 4 product,
or you can use the card that came with your Version 3 product that has the external
antenna. The Version 3 card improves the Locate function performance but does
not support 802.11n.
The WLAN PC Card is installed in the PC Card (PCMCIA) slot located on the right
side of the OptiView Integrated Network Analyzer. When inserting the card, make
sure it is properly aligned while sliding it into the card slot. It should slide in freely.
Do not force it into the slot.
