    PART IDENTIFICATION CHART Refer to the drawings below to identify small parts used for assembly. The number in parentheses by each draw- ing is the key number of the part, from the PART LIST near the end of this manual. The number following the parentheses is the quantity needed for assembly.

    ASSEMBLY • Assembly requires two persons. • The following tools (not included) are required for assembly: • Because of its weight and size, assemble the one adjustable wrench strength equipment in the location where it will be used. Have a second person hold the end of the Pivot Leg (93) and two Plastic Washers (54) inside the bracket on the Pivot Arm (83). Pull the indi- cated Adjustment Knob (99), and insert the Large Adjustment Pin (104) into one of the holes in the Pivot Leg Bracket (85).

  • Page 12 10. Note: If the two Thigh Pads (56) are already attached, go to step 11. If the Thigh Pads are not attached, follow the instructions in this step. Attach a Thigh Pad (56) to one of the Large Pad Plates (57) on the Thigh Pad Bracket (45) with two M8 x 25mm Screws (77).
  • Page 13 12. Attach the Seat (52) to the Main Frame (68) with two M8 x 25mm Socket Screws (75), an M8 x 55mm Socket Screw (107), and three M8 Washers (76). 13. Orient the Tower Frame (1) as shown, and set it near the Connecting Frame (38).
  • Page 14 14. Insert the Cable (40) through the Tower Frame (1) as shown. Attach the Connecting Frame (38) to the Tower Frame (1) with four M10 x 35mm Socket Screws (71) and four M10 Washers (31). See step 1. Tighten the four M10 x 35mm Socket Screws (71).

    ADJUSTMENT This section explains how to adjust the strength equipment. Make sure all that parts are properly tightened each time the strength equipment is used. Replace any worn parts immediately. ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE To change the amount of resistance, insert the weight pin into the desired weight.
  • Page 21 ADJUSTING THE BACKREST Backrest To adjust the position of the backrest, press the latch, move the backrest forward or backward, and then release the latch. Move the backrest forward and backward slightly to make sure that the latch is engaged in one of the adjustment holes in the backrest bracket (not shown).
