M Series Service Manual Removing and Replacing Panelling 13.1 Lid Assembly Maintenance Position 13.1.1 Introduction The Lid Assembly can be fixed into a maintainence position which is upright at 90 degrees to the chassis. When in this position all parts of the Lid and the SingleSensor housing can be accessed.

M Series Service Manual 3. While removing the screws from the Gas Pistons at both ends of the Lid Assembly, make sure your free hand is holding the Lid Assembly to prevent it dropping down. Once free lift the Lid to the 90deg position.

Automatic process to make an electronic adjustment by way of delays Auto-stitch and the use of spare pixels for each CIS that make up the SingleSensor CIS Assy, so it sees along the same scan line correctly.
